Ivor Bolton is chief conductor of the Sinfonieorchester Basel, General Music director of the Teatro Real Madrid and Conductor Laureate of the Mozarteumorchester Salzburg, as well as music director of the Dresden Festival Orchestra.
He is one of the most respected conductors of Baroque and Classical repertory, although his musical activities extend well beyond this.
